Building Your Support Team

How do we build and sustain loving relationships? What happens in the beginning when it all seems to be perfect then some time goes by and it slowly starts to fall apart. It starts out with so much love then slowly it turns to dislike. What changed? How did we get to this place, and how come so many people around us are there too?

I read this book a few years ago because it was recommended by a person with whom I have come to respect. The author says there are 5 Love Languages. Sometimes there is a mix of a couple of them in each of us, but mostly one stands out predominately. Mine is Quality Time and Acts of service. Here is a list of what they are, but take the test below to find out which one you are and if you are getting the fulfillment you deserve.
  • Gifts
  • Physical Touch
  • Acts of Service
  • Words of Affirmation
  • Quality Time
If you are wanting to build your relationships up, and not let time tear it down, take this test and find out what your Love Language is. It was the best decision I ever made.  Knowing this information will improve ANY of your relationships. There's even a section in the book for you and your kids. Ever wonder why your kids don't act like you love them? You may not be speaking their love language. Better find it out and build that relationship back up. You build them up, you may just get your support team that you need to succeed on your Journey to Ultimate Health.

If you would like to purchase the book, I would highly recommend it, please use the link below. I know you will find it to be helpful in finding long lasting relationships, and/or rebuild the ones you have now. THE 5 LOVE LANGUAGES BOOK.
