There is nothing more consistent in life, than change. How many have heard that line? It's true. It will happen throughout your entire life. What if nothing changed? We would continue to live in the same house, make the same amount of money, and continue to try and conquer all the same challenges.
With no challenges, there would be no growth and no growth means nothing would change. How fun would that be? Not much fun at all really. Challenges are meant to be hard. That way they expand our mind capacity and allow us to think in a different way. Embrace the challenges and look at them as a time for growth, and a chance to become the person you want to be. If you choose to take the challenges head on you will be looking at these challenges in a better light and approach them with problem solving eyes.
When you're ready decide to embrace life's challenges. Don't be fearful about how you will get through them unscathed? There's a way to do it. Detach from the challenge in a way that harms you. Don't associate with the challenge in a way that lessens your own self esteem. Look at the problem as a neutral issue that you can solve if you use your mind in a problem solving way. Once you become emotionally attached to the situation, you can lessen your esteem by calling yourself stupid, or weak, or anything like that. Those kinds of comments lower you and the challenge remains, and continues to arise until solved.
Decide now to approach problems in your life as neutral and a chance for you to grow. Use any way you can to solve this problem and move through it. Books, people, cds, or the internet are all tools that can help you problem solve. Just this alone can increase your brain capacity to help you on your Ultimate Health Journey.
